SUSS ALUMNI SPECIAL DEALS PROGRAMME ("Programme") MERCHANT APPLICATION TO PARTICIPATE
By submitting your application, you agree that approval by SUSS will be given based on the terms and conditions set out below. SUSS reserves the right to accept or reject a Merchant application in its sole discretion.
As a Programme Merchant, you give permission to SUSS to use and display your name, logo and/or trademark on our website containing information on the Programme. You may only use SUSS name and logo in your advertising and promotions of the products and services for the Programme with prior written consent from SUSS. Upon expiry or termination by SUSS of your Programme Merchant status, you must immediately cease to use and remove all SUSS name and logo from your place of business and future advertising and promotion materials.
As a Programme Merchant, you will honour the prices, offers and discount for purchases listed at the time of purchase by SUSS alumni. If either you or SUSS gives notice to terminate your Programme Merchant status, you will honour the prices, offers and discount on purchases made during the period of notice.
SUSS has the right, based on feedback from our alumni, to make a determination of unacceptable customer service and terminate your status as a Programme Merchant upon written notice to you.
The term of the agreement between you and SUSS ("Agreement") shall begin upon SUSS' acceptance of your Merchant Application and will end on the expiry date indicated in the Application form or when terminated by either party. Either you or SUSS may terminate this Agreement and your participation in the Rewards Merchant Program at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Providing notice by email to SUSS at [email address] and to you at the email address in SUSS' records shall be sufficient notice for termination of this Agreement.
